"A Wonderful Villa Near Lindos"
My wife and I have just returned from spending a lovely fortnight's holiday at this wonderful villa. The villa was clean and is well maintained and equipped to a high standard and all the villa facilities were as outlined in the villa listing/description. It is situated mid way between Lindos and Pefkos and is well situated for exploring the rest of the island of Rhodes. The swimming pool is a marvellous asset to have on the hot days, which we utilised virtually every day. As we were self catering and ate in the majority of the time, I can add that the villa is very well equipped with cooking appliances and utensils for those adventurous enough to practice some home Greek cooking- wonderful!!!!. This is a high standard villa and can strongly recommend it for your holiday to Rhodes.

"Excellent villa set in spacious private garden"
Villa Nefeli was everything we hoped it would be and more. There is plenty of space for a family to relax with a roof terrace, patio area to the front and back of property, a large garden and the most important luxury ... having our own private swimming pool - bliss! We had prebooked a car from Rhodes airport and arrived at the Villa late in the evening after approx. a 1 hour drive. The journey was straight forward and we found the Villa easily. The Villa is maintained well with the pool being cleaned every 2 or 3 days and the villa cleaned with fresh bedding and fluffy towels after 1 week. Beds very comfy and aircon was an excellent addition to getting a great night sleep. We spent our days visiting Lindos, Pefkos, Lardos, St Pauls Bay (all a short drive away). We were advised to visit Tsambica beach and we were not disappointed. Our two teenage daughters had a great time taking part in some of the water sports etc. They also had a great day out at the waterpark in Falaraki while my husband and I took a boat trip to Rhodes Town. There are buses to Pefkos, Lindos and Rhodes town, however we felt that we made the right decision to hire a car as we then had the option to drop the girls at the beach or drive to the larger supermarkets to stock up. We tried various restaurants in Lindos and ate on the roof terraces .... personally I found some of them a little too cramped and hot. Our favourite was the Hellas Restaurant in Pefkos where the food and service were exceptional. It was also great having the option to use the barbeque in the garden and sitting relaxing on the patio swing. I would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Nefeli 4 to anyone looking for a relaxing base, especially families or large groups of friends. The booking process via Eileen was very straight forward and efficient.

"Great villa in great location"
Lovely location, quiet and tranquil and with Lindos being so close it's suitable for all age groups to enjoy the beaches, superb restaurants and nightlife. I would definitely recommend this properties to my friends and family - the villa is lovely and spacious and the pool is perfect for lazy days having a barbecue.

"Excellent stay, villa in picturesque settings"
Villa was just as expected in a beautiful location. Offered great facilities within and close to Lindos, as well as local bars, restaurants and an idyllic beach. Property was very well maintained, and owners were very willing to help at all times. Would definitely stay here again. Well worth the 5* rating.

"Very nice clean villa well maintained lovely pool"
Very good had a nice atmosphere and a lovely private garden well equipped to relax in. Near to Lindos town and the villa is well situated for getting around to see the sites. I would recommend this villa for a few people and will accommodate a family with ease. Very spacious accommodation with a roof patio.

"Fantastic location and villa"
Fantastic location and villa as described if not better. We loved using the BBQ and the roof terrace. Lindos and Pefkos were lovely to walk to in an evening both such lovely places. My favourite spot was the swing seat :) Trying to work out where I can put one at home... All very well maintained and cared for. Great communication from Eileen the owner who answered lots of questions for us.
Thanks again , We need to save up to come back :)

"Lazy days reading and lounging by the pool"
Three of us visited Lindos 20 years ago so were keen to return and see how the place had changed. We wanted to have a relaxing week, not going far but able to get in to Lindos in the evening for a cocktail and meal.
The location worked well for us. We hired a car (M&S in Haraki who were excellent) but we only used it twice to pop to the supermarket. Otherwise we used Taxis in to Lindos which were about €7 each way.
The villa is the end of a block of four, the farthest from the road, benefiting from a larger plot with plenty of outdoor space. Main patio and pool area at the front of the property with a BBQ, a roof terrace with great views for an early evening G&T, and a private courtyard at the back for a night-cap.
The living and bed rooms have good air conditioning.

"Great Villa in a good location"
We found the villa perfect for our needs, about 1.5km outside Lindos village. Very spacious , very clean, great pool and garden area with lots of outdoor space. Small family run hotel just along the same road where you can get a taxi into Lindos, (about 9€) and have a drink while waiting. Could walk to the closest beach, but there are far better beaches a short drive away. Would definitely recommend the Villa for a family who want a quiet holiday but only a short drive or taxi to some lovely beaches and restaurants. Lindos in the summer can get very hot, so the air conditioning in the villa was very welcome. All in all , great villa , great holiday....

" A great villa, perfect for a family holiday"
We (2 adults and 3 children) have just returned from 10 days at this villa. We had a great holiday. The villa is in a very good location, quiet, yet less than 5 minutes by car, or 20-25 minutes to Lindos or Pefkos (it is very hilly, and very hot to walk at this time of year). At the end of the road is the small, friendly, family run hotel 'Ville de LIndos' with a large pool, Wifi, pool table and a good all day snack/drinks/icecream bar - important for our teenagers.
The villa is set in its own well kept grounds, there is lots of space, a range of seating areas and sun loungers and a big patio area. The pool is well maintained and although not huge (something we worried about before we got there) we found it to be perfect for our family.
The kitchen is well equipped but doesn't have a dishwasher which we definitely missed. A drainer for the sink would be a great help, given the amount of washing up that a family of 5 generate, and we could also have done with more t-towels but these are both minor points and could easily be rectified.
We appreciated the milk left for our arrival and after travelling through the night it was great to be able to make a pot of tea!
The rest of the villa was very comfortable and clean and we all had enough space. Another request would be a soap dish/shower caddy in the shower. It was great to return half way through our stay, after a day out, to find that the villa had been cleaned and all the linen and the towels changed ... a touch of luxury.
We liked St Paul's bay, Lindos, Monolithios and Rhodes Town. We ate at Nicolas Taverna in Pefkos, Corralli in Pefkos (huge portions) and Il Gelso (Italian) in Lardos and enjoyed all of the meals.
We would love to return ... there's no better recommendation!
Jackie Caistor, London - Aug 2014
" Fantastically equipped, lovely villa in great location villa"
The villa is in a quiet road close to the main road between Lindos and Pefkos. It is very clean and thoughtfully appointed with everything a family/friends might need - games, DVDs, books, playstation things(I think - we didn't use it). The kitchen was a cook's paradise compared to other accommodation I have stayed in. Sharp knives, picnic equipment, coolbox, larder cupboard with spices, salt and pepper, olive oil........ Big space and lots of surfaces. The barbecue is amazing - I so want one myself! Beautifully built and so effective - loved it.
The pool is a great size and the pool guy comes regularly to clean it too.
We didn't have a car and that was difficult to begin with as the nearest shop is in Lindos or Pefkos, but it's fine once you realise that taxis go past on the main road just about all the time - and you can just stop one that's empty (or even one that's got someone in it sometimes!) and it only costs around 5-7 Euros to go to either town. There's also a bus service 1.60 euros I think. If in doubt, they are very helpful at the hotel at the end of the little road. If you have a car, there's no problem.
The rooms and outside spaces at the villa are lovely. The mezzanine can get very hot at night though.
There are one or two cats which frequent the outside of the villa, living in hope that you will feed them. They are very well behaved and understand the word No. They know not to try to get inside - but they do a wonderful job of chasing and killing any bugs in the garden - so we loved them!
Lindos is just gorgeous and there are so many reasonable and excellent places to eat there. Lindos Bay is beautiful and the acropolis is a must-see (but get there at 8.30 if poss before the coaches arrive! Two of us went up on donkeys and the rest walked. Contrary to what others have said, our donkeys were well loved and cared for.
Maintenance-wise, we phoned the manager of the villa a couple of times and she could not have been more helpful.
Eileen, the owner, was a star throughout the process - answering questions and offering helpful advice -even sending a cable I might need.
This is just a lovely place to stay and I fully recommend it - go there and enjoy!!!

" Thank you for the experience of a lifetime!"
We stayed at Nefeli IV for the second week of October. The weather was perfect. The island is just starting to close for the season but most is still open and not too crowded.
Rent a car and explore the island. We loved Lardos for fancy dinners. Zigzag bar in Pefkos for a drink. Make sure to see Prasonisi. Catch a sunset from the west side of the island. Nefeli IV is in the perfect location. Not too remote. Not too touristy.
The Villa was immaculate. We felt right at home. The grassy lawn and BBQ were just like in the pictures. We left a bag of charcoal for the next renters.
Working with Eileen was a pleasant and easy experience. Really can't find any fault with the villa or overall experience. Thank you for making our tenth anniversary just the way dreamed it would be!

" A great place to stay with very efficient air con (thank goodness)"
We first visited Lindos 27 years ago. We remembered fondly the bars and restaurants in the village and, not so fondly, the sleepless nights in a hot, sweltering room where there was absolutely no breeze. So were slightly apprehensive on our return. We need not have worried, the villa was a great place to stay. You will need a car (We used Rhodoscars) as it's a little way out of Lindos. Very peaceful with no noise. The villa sits in well kept grounds with a nice swimming pool and patio. It consists of three floors - the ground floor is the living space with a well equipped kitchen / dinner, a toilet and a living room with tv, DVD etc. Downstairs there is a double and twin bedroom with the shower room. Up a steep spiral staircase there is a mezzanine room with a comfortable sofa bed. The villa is well equipped with everything you will need for a holiday. No wifi but next to the supermarket (10 mins in the car) there is an Internet cafe with free wifi if you purchase one of their fabulous cakes or doughnuts (other less fattening snacks are available !) Two mins walk to a small hotel which has a big pool, bar and food. A great place to stay, with, thank goodness, very efficient air conditioning! We will be back!

" Easy to organise, relaxing break"
Eileen was so helpful from start to finish and gave us plenty of information prior to arriving and whilst there (in a comprehensive guide folder). The villa was everything it promised and we enjoyed the pool and BBQ facilities a great deal. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and we found the bedrooms/living areas very comfortable. The fact we had the choice of 3 x outdoor areas to relax in made it a nicer experience.
We decided against hiring a car, but in retrospect spent a lot of money in taxis getting around. There wasn't a local shop to buy food and drinks, so stocking up was essential.
This is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, with the benefit of both Lindos and Pefkos a stone's throw away.
Ann-Marie Barber, London - Sep 2013
" Amazing villa!"
Now back from our holiday in Rhodes and we had an amazing time. The villa is superb and offered everything we could hope for (the pool was very well used by all of us!). The villa is very well equipped and is very clean and comfortable.
This was our first time in Rhodes and we absolutely loved it. Lindos was great but we had a hire car so ventured further afield too - to Rhodes town, Tsambika beach and Monastery and to the butterfly valley. You really do need a car as the walk from the villa to Lindos or Pefki is just a tad too far - especially on a hot day!
Having the Hotel 100m up the road was a real bonus as they have a large pool and very reasonably-priced food and drinks. It is a family-run hotel and the staff there were always friendly and welcoming.
The friendly pool-cleaning man for the villa (Colin) was a source of much local advice. For example, he let us know about a lovely open-air event in Lardos on our last full day - with Greek dancing in the streets etc.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and the whole booking process with Eileen was pain-free!

" Great base to explore Rhodes"
All details of the booking process were smooth and Eileen was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The arrival details provided had great directions that lead us right to the doorstep as well as some helpful information regarding the area surrounding the villa. The property management company that maintains the property is available within a short period of time should anything unexpected occur during the rental period.
The villa is located in a small housing area between Lindos and Pefkos so offers many options for dining, shopping, beaches and sight seeing within a 10 minute drive. We had a car rental and I would highly recommend having a car as there is very little within walking distance of the villa. Local bus service is available to Lindos and Pefkos off the main road (2 min walk) although we never used it.
The villa had lots of space for our family of 5. Pool was lovely and was cleaned twice a week during our stay. Kitchen was extremely well supplied with everything we needed. Little extras like games and movies kept the children busy when they weren't in the pool. On arrival, the villa was very clean and was refreshed once as our rental was for longer than 7 days. Overall it was a great experience and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property! The only thing we missed was not having wifi available right at the house, but most restaurants in both Lindos and Pefkos offer free wifi connections while you are using their facility.
